BrownRock Legal was born from a mission to change the narrative for Mexican Americans, Latinos, and all minorities who have been misled by flashy billboards and false promises. Our founder, Erik Garcia, spent years witnessing how marketing mills and billboard lawyers preyed on our communities, settling cases quickly without ever stepping into a courtroom. Clients were left feeling betrayed and underserved, often realizing too late that they deserved far better.
Frustrated and determined to make a difference, Erik sought out the real warriors of the legal field—the 1% of trial lawyers who fearlessly take on the toughest cases and fight for justice where it matters most: in the courtroom.
